We’re here to make returning and/or recycling your Plain Jane pieces as smooth and painless as slipping into your favorite t-shirt :) 

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem!

Whether you need a different size or just decided to pass on the vibe, we’ve got you. Simply send us an email containing your order number, and we’ll handle the rest. Just bear with us and give us a day or two to respond. 

We’re all about keeping things simple and stress-free—because returns shouldn’t be a hassle. Here’s the scoop:

  1. Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from the day your order is delivered to you. 
  2. Condition: We ask that items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear.
  3. Our Treat: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping!

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at returns@plainjanenewyork.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack it up, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. 

Heads up:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If something’s damaged or defective, email us ASAP so we can make it right!

Recycling

Let’s talk recycling.

Done loving your tees? Give them a second life with our recycling program! We partner with Green Tree Textiles to ensure they’re repurposed responsibly. Their mission is to redefine the future of fashion with a commitment to people and the planet—because style and sustainability go better together.

How It Works:

  1. Drop us an email at returns@plainjanenewyork.com.
  2. Let us know that you’re recycling worn PJ tees
  3. Sit back while we sort it all out for you. While you won’t be getting any money back, we will cover the cost of shipping so you can send them back. Why? Because we REALLY want you to recycle. You’ll feel good, and so will the planet.
